The main aspect of a good banana bread pudding is to soak the bread in for at least 30 minutes before into custard mixture before baking. In restaurants they soak the bred in the refrigerator a whole night before baking. So soaking for as long as possible is the key to make it more delicious. The second important aspect is that you should use bananas which are ripe well but still solid. It won’t take a long time once you soak it long enough. The main preparation would take hardly ten minutes.
Heat your oven to 350° temperature and grease a 1 and 1/2-quarter baking dish.
Place two cups of sliced bread cubes in the arranged baking dish. Put together and place the banana pieces and coconut flakes on the sliced bread cube. Now, place the remaining bread cubes over the layer.
Take a medium sized bowl and put milk and egg in it. Fluff up them until they are well mixed. Put and blend sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Now, pour the entire mixture over the bread cubes and softly press the bread cubes so they will soak up the mixture. Now, bake until the pudding is ready. It would generally take 45 minutes to be ready. Serve the pudding with desired sauce on top of it.
