How I made this healthy banana bread recipe?

Last Sunday, my eyes wandered to the basket of fruit – bananas have seen very moderate giraffe-brown-spotted. In the refrigerator a lone pot of natural yoghurt. Both had definitely gone. Banana bread – it went through my head. But after all the Christmas goodies that I had been tested in the previous days, it should not again be a little unhealthy. I will make a healthy banana bread and I searched over the healthy banana bread recipe.

Food should never be thrown away, but how often does matter to you with a heavy heart that something – perhaps even unopened – the trash can over there. Many food deteriorates rapidly and because it’s great when you have opportunities to process these foods for a delicious dish. This recipe turned out to be just right. A juicy banana “bread” (for me it was more cake) – produced in large part with whole wheat flour and with virgin olive oil and plain yogurt instead of butter and with small, smooth melting chocolate nests.

Very tasty and the bad conscience has its limits. When the dark chocolate really pretty rough chop, then you afterwards wonderful in banana bread – really better than just small pieces that combine with the dough. The glaze of course you can omit if you want. I did not grind the cane sugar, in the cast was very rustic, with significant sugar crystals. It fit the banana bread, but next time I will surely try it sometime with milled cane sugar to obtain a smooth glaze.

Instructions:
Pre-heat the oven at 150 degree Celsius. Mix flax seed powder with water, stir well and leave it aside till gooey. Mash the banana well. In a big bowl add the flour with baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and mix well. now add the chopped dates and stir together. Add the mashed banana and flax seed powder mixed with water and stir till it’s combined. It’ll be a hard dough but don’t be tempted to add any more water. do not over mix. Just stir till it forms a hard dough. Fold this into a greased loaf pan and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bake for 50 to 60 mins till it’s well risen, crusty and golden on the outside.

A toothpick inserted right in the center has to come out clean and that’s when the loaf is cooked. Let the bread cool down completely. It’ll be sticky and hard to cut into when it’s still hot. Note: Every time I post a new recipe I have quite few questions on where to buy the ingredients. There is no unusual/rare ingredient in this recipe. I bought whole flax seeds (which is available in all super markets) and then ground it into fine powder. I use this as egg replacement in most of my bakes and it stores well if refrigerated in an air tight container.
